ROISERV Life Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as ROISERV) was established in November 2000 and holds the National First-Class Qualification for Property Service Enterprises. It is a member unit of the China Property Management Association. The company was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: HK02146) on January 15, 2021.

Since its founding, ROISERV has continuously grown and expanded. As of December 31, 2024, the company managed 473 property management projects with a total managed gross floor area of approximately 89.3 million square meters. These projects cover 68 cities across 19 provinces, municipalities directly under the central government, and autonomous regions in China. ROISERV had contracted to manage 519 property management projects with a total contracted gross floor area of approximately 101.3 million square meters, covering 70 cities across the same 19 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions.
