Personnel training and training:3 days before the delivery of the room, complete the relevant exercises, and all staff participate in and coordinate with each other to ensure the smooth delivery of the room.

During Delivery

Room handover procedures:Verify the owner's materials with the developer, confirm the room receiving process, site construction, event gifts, concierge and other services to determine.


Accompanied by:Assist the owner to complete the house receiving materials, comprehensive acceptance of the new house, the collection of fees and other procedures, and the owner on the acceptance of the existing problems to negotiate and reach a written agreement.


Room handover procedure Agent:According to the need to provide for the handling of property rights certificate, tax payment and other related matters.

Post Delivery

Sales items left over after the house delivery:Linkage function, real estate, focus on the key issues left over from the handover project, hold relevant meetings, form meeting minutes and report to the headquarters.


Post-delivery evaluation:After the new project is delivered for half a year, the site quality control shall be evaluated, the evaluation report shall be issued, and the defect problems shall be reported to the group.
