On August 8, National Fitness Day, ROISERV ushered in the opening of the eighth "Yoho Family Festival," simultaneously launched in over 60 cities across 19 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, leading homeowners nationwide into a summer carnival. This year's event reached a new scale, with 32 main venues and over 130 sub-venues, covering more than 400 residential communities and benefiting millions of homeowners, while also featuring simultaneous online live streaming.

          
         On the opening day, a dazzling array of community performances, homeowner talent shows, and staff acts took the stage in succession. Representatives from local government were invited to attend, deliver speeches, and participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony, jointly witnessing the grand opening of this Youhou Festival—fully showcasing a new vision of community governance characterized by multi-party collaboration, co-construction, co-governance, and shared benefits. Following that, the "Let's Go Fun Sports" parent-child activity kicked off first, with fun events such as parent-child sports meets, cool bubble parties, and charity fun runs enticing homeowners of all ages to step out of their homes, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere. This year's Family Festival features multiple themed activities including "Let's Go Fun Sports," "Neighborhood Starlight," "Let's Go Hiking," and "Family and Country Reunion," complemented by optional all-age activities such as wellness fairs, study camps, and Mid-Autumn handicraft sessions. A public welfare thread runs throughout the entire event, with charity walks, environmental actions, and other elements integrated into every session.
