As smart management becomes an increasingly prevalent trend in the property service industry, technology empowerment has emerged as a core driving force to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Seizing this development opportunity, ROISERV has actively deployed the property intelligent robot sector. Together with Beijing Keanke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., it has invested to establish Hebei Rong’an Intelligent Robot Technology Co., Ltd. The two parties have built an ecological synergy of “R&D + application”. Joining strengths to dig deep into the niche property robot market, they have launched intelligent robot pilots at multiple projects in Langfang, integrating cutting-edge technology into daily services. This is more than just the introduction of equipment; it represents ROISERV’s strategic practice of independent exploration, data accumulation and verification of the “human-robot collaboration” model in real service scenarios, laying the first solid step for the large-scale implementation of smart property services.
The pilot covers seven projects, including Arcadian, Huayu City, Rongsheng Mansion, Bauhinia Holiday, Taoli Guandi, Administrative Committee and Langfang Normal University. The business forms include ordinary residential buildings, large-scale communities, old mixed-use premises, office buildings and campuses. This setup basically covers typical environments in property operations, aiming to test the adaptability of intelligent devices across diverse scenarios. At present, equipment is delivered in batches and gradually integrated into daily workflows. By rolling out the pilot simultaneously across multiple property types, the company intends to collect operational data under varied conditions to support evidence-based decision-making, rather than merely creating a demonstration limited to a single scenario.
During the trial run, intelligent robots serve as a powerful supplement to the existing service team. They primarily undertake repetitive, physically demanding basic tasks such as cleaning and inspection. While robots perform standardized cyclic operations, experienced cleaners and security staff can focus more on detail handling, special maintenance and on-site service coordination, maximizing the value of human resources.
Four robot models are deployed in this pilot, tailored to different operation scenarios for cleaning and safety inspection.
The four models will operate in outdoor areas, underground garages, indoor spaces, office premises and campuses to verify their actual performance and stability.
The pilot has officially entered the operation phase. ROISERV will continuously monitor equipment adaptability and refine “human-robot collaboration” workflows for different property types. Upon completion of the three-month validation period, further rollout plans for intelligent devices will be formulated based on data results.
Technology empowers services, and craftsmanship safeguards quality. Taking this pilot as a starting point, ROISERV is steadily exploring viable paths for smart property management, enabling technology to genuinely serve community life while keeping services human-centric. This initiative delivers actionable and replicable practical experience for grassroots governance, improvement of residents’ quality of life and high-quality corporate development. This exploration is not only a pragmatic upgrade to traditional operation modes, but also an ongoing practice of its mission to “be a co-builder of a better life”.
